Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of mnac.io and the products operated by Mnac ("Mnac", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service is

Mnac provides read-only software tools that analyze data you connect or upload and surface findings, such as potential revenue leaks or expiring records. The findings are informational. You are responsible for deciding what, if anything, to act on. Mnac is a software tool, not an accountant, auditor, lawyer, or financial advisor, and its output is not professional advice.

Your account

You must provide an accurate email address and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the right to connect or upload any data you bring to the service, and you must use the service only for lawful purposes and only on accounts and data you are authorized to access.

Read-only access

Our tools use read-only access or exports you provide. We do not modify your connected accounts. You can disconnect at any time.

Payment

Some features may be offered as paid plans. Where a feature is free, it is free; where it is not yet available to purchase, we will not charge you for it. If and when you choose a paid plan, pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout and payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card details ourselves.

Refunds & cancellations

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. If you were charged in error, or you are not satisfied with a paid result, email support@mnac.io within 14 days of the charge and we will work with you in good faith on a refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to access data you are not authorized to access.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every finding is complete or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mnac is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the service's output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the service or others.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
